Will notify the manager, but water control in the tub needs replacing - couldn’t get the cold water controlled, making the water more hot than I would like. Otherwise, everything was good - really like the Kuerig coffee maker!

Carpeting was super old and dirty. Our fridge did not work. Upon check out I let the office know that the fridge did not work and they said "Oh, I forgot to let you know. The last person staying there said it was blown and should left unplugged until replaced. We plugged it in as we were not aware of possible issue like possible fire. An hour after we checked in, front desk called and said they have to charge us a pet cleaning fee for each pet, $10 Tax. This was not noted when I booked the room to include pets. I booked online. I also followed up with a phone call.

I have stayed at this location in the past. I will say that the staff was very friendly and helpful. For what I needed, this was a perfect location. The room was very clean upon arrival. The only negative I have to say is about maintenance. The bathroom in my room had a serious problem with the ceiling above the tub. You could see where water had gotten through and the paint was peeling and the drywall was crumbling. Also, the paint thtough the whole room seemed to be done by a beginner.

Bed extremely comfortable, great pillows. Toilet very low. Carpet iffy.

Comfy bed, but some of the towels and pillow cases had dirty marks on them. It is a joke that they advertise 'breakfast included'. Coffee and orange juice dispensers empty. Nothing else to drink or to eat except 1 scoop of raisin bran. Guess they figure McDonald's is right there, so go buy your own.

obvious effort towards good presentation of the property, reception staff was exceptional; which prevents me from writing a bad review. our room was clean, yet had a crumbled up paper in a bedside drawer and a used wash cloth still on the rod in the shower. Breakfast is a roll or cereal ... I understand physical location hampers oversight, which may account for the shortcomings - but property listing should be for Continental breakfast to lower traveller expectation

Booked a king bed, but because we had a dog we could only have double beds. Was given keys to a room that was occupied already. Went back to desk check in twice to get a room. Room was very dated, bathroom toilet would just start making noise in the middle of the night. Would not recommend
