Bed extremely comfortable, great pillows. Toilet very low. Carpet iffy.

Comfy bed, but some of the towels and pillow cases had dirty marks on them. It is a joke that they advertise 'breakfast included'. Coffee and orange juice dispensers empty. Nothing else to drink or to eat except 1 scoop of raisin bran. Guess they figure McDonald's is right there, so go buy your own.

obvious effort towards good presentation of the property, reception staff was exceptional; which prevents me from writing a bad review. our room was clean, yet had a crumbled up paper in a bedside drawer and a used wash cloth still on the rod in the shower. Breakfast is a roll or cereal ... I understand physical location hampers oversight, which may account for the shortcomings - but property listing should be for Continental breakfast to lower traveller expectation

Booked a king bed, but because we had a dog we could only have double beds. Was given keys to a room that was occupied already. Went back to desk check in twice to get a room. Room was very dated, bathroom toilet would just start making noise in the middle of the night. Would not recommend

I arrived on the day that was the first day for a new manager. There was a computer issue and she could not get me checked and however she went through extra steps to make sure that I could still get in my room. Once in the room there was another slight problem.I called her and she immediately switched me to another room. I did not have anymore problems after that. I think for her first day she did an outstanding job trying to accommodate her customer. I believe if she is left in charge as manager.There will be many more improvements to the current condition of the hotel. I would definitely stay again if she is there.

Where do I start... Let's see. I booked a room with King bed and I was given a 2 queens bed room... queen beds were not queen beds and I know it because me and my wife couldn't fit on those bed. When I inquired about it at night hotel told me they had notified Expedia well in advance that the room will not be available and when I called Expedia to complaint about why Expedia did not inform me, They confirmed that Hotel had never reached out to them about anything. They offered to accommodate me in another hotel which was 25 miles away from where I was and it was 10:30 PM at night... I was there for my college residency and had to wake up at 6 and report at the university early so there was no way after driving from Texas for 14 hours. There was no cleanliness. Rugs were sticky and dirty so much that we were not able to walk barefoot in the room.
