We had a nice room - cozy and comfortable, the bed was good, Everything was clean. The old city is 15 minutes on foot. The hotel has a big parking lot, but it not free. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Rooms In need of an update
Posted 20 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe rooms are in need of major refurbishment, at least the one i was in. The customer lift was broken, they did however let me use the service lift. The towels had a strange smell to them. I cannot speak for the food etc but from what I briefly saw, the restaurant looked good.

Nice hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Stayed in 3 Mercure hotels in Poland and while appreciating the need to save power, Mercure's minibar fridges seem set to room temperature.

This hotel has older style rooms that are a bit worse for wear. However, the prices are reasonable so you get what you pay for.
All other aspects are satisfactory.
