I love how accommodating the hotel and staff was with our fur baby. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were very nice, clean and fully stocked. I love that we were right in front of the beach, just a quick walk to the beach from the back of the hotel. It was a great stay at this hotel, Totally recommend!

We had an awesome experience. The whole facility is very clean and the staff are friendly and professional.

Upon checking in we were informed that our booked room was not available and that we would be downgraded (with the appropriate discount, of course). However, this was an anniversary trip for us and the room that we had booked was pretty important to us. The staff were not at all sympathetic or even helpful, only telling us to just check back the next day to see if another room was available. We bypassed the front desk and found the HR office where the lady there was so very nice and immediately set out to help us. She contacted the manager that was on site, and he immediately appeared and made everything good. We are so very appreciative of the result and it turned our whole vacation around! To their credit, there was a convention or two in the area, and I'm suring there were booking issues there. However, it didn't seem fair to bump us from our room for that reason or without any prior notification. I do recommend this hotel for a stay and the area is beautiful.

Was given wrong room then moved to an even worse one. We booked a king size bed and was given two queens. Then when we went down with all our luggage to get it right they gave us a smaller more akward shaped room with a king

We had a wonderful relaxing stay! Being able to walk right down to the beach was amazing! All of the staff members were super nice and accommodating making us feel like they really wanted us to have a nice stay. We loved the pool area but REALLY wished the pool was heated like at some of the other hotels because the water was way to cold to go in and enjoy the pool( the weather was warm enough to swim but pool water was freezing). One thing that was not so great was the smell of the water and pipes I smelt it the entire time we were there.

This property is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting. Facilities were clean and new. Beach access was excellent as was the pool area.

We vacationed as a family to Jekyll Island. The Residence Inn Marriott was comfortable, right on the beach and allowed for a relaxing time away.
