Smells like smoke, full of fungi, slimy bathroom floor. Carpets all stained. Worst hotel experience.

The photos were deceiving..’pool is quite small and seats around it need to be paid for. Everything needed extra payment.. including towels. There was a lounge in 10th floor for special rooms and that you couldn’t pay extra for!

Very nice hotel. The rooftop with swimming pool was very nice and usable even in cloudy and rainy days. Staff was very polite and available.

Good location and nice area for walking, cafes, & etc.

Disappointing is the word.

It’s not as good as it seems totally. The cleanliness is not up to 4 star standard for sure and some stuffs are pretty old. Plenty of hair around the room even though we had room service everyday. Bed sheet did not get replaced everyday as well. Receptionist are extremely rigid as well as check out later than 11am (most of the hotels are 12pm) will charge additional 20000 won regardless of any circumstances. Request for slight late check out as we have a kid and got rejected immediately. If checking out at 11am so that there is plenty of time for the cleaners to clean up the room. I suppose the cleanliness should be way way better.
