The stay was okay only noise i experience but i changed the room bed not comfortable worse part no fridges in the room i end up check out before my actual day because i couldnt take it anymore to be in that environment

Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally.
Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some.
The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind.
The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap.

For what the hotel charges and it’s services is not worth. Building is old and don’t seem to have never been renovated. The bar downstairs is noisy and closes very late. Staff not helpful. TV not working. No air conditioning and if you open windows, you get mosquito bites. I’ll never return to that hotel. I’m

Fine, but...
Posted 7 Nov 2021 on HotelsThe hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable (we like very firm mattresses). The bathroom is small, with a very narrow shower door (since there is plenty of wall next to it unsure why). The bath towels were clean but showed signs of age (some holes in one). The little porch was overfull. A room that can sleep 2 don't need seating for 5 people! As I am a big guy, I would have probably felt cramped if our stay was longer.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, even giving us a complimentary breakfast which was not included in price. The hotel is situated in an excellent spot for the beach, and has some good restaurants in close proximity.
Our one night stay was fine, but I probably won't be looking g at them for a longer stay.

Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful swimming pool. Entertainment in the bar area excellent.
