The hotel was perfect! The staff was friendly! The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were perfect! We plan to stay again.

The employees were very polite, I always got at least a nod of hello! The room was very clean and there were some baby birds nesting outside of our room. We could hear them being fed by their momma, as a bird lover it was lovely to see they didn't try and get rid of (the federally protected) birds nest.
I was in a disability friendly room, and as someone whose traveled with a wheelchair user the room would have been perfect for the. A good roll in shower with a chair was there and an outdoor exit directly to the room. The floor was also laminate not carpet!
The pool was nice, I don't know what to really say about a pool. Maybe bring your own beach towel because they ones they have are small and rough. Not that I expect much from hotel pool towels.
Whoever checked me in was really nice and explained the incidental charge well. He also was able to deal with another guest taking snacks/beer without paying while checking me in. I was impressed by how well he handled that situation.
The only cons or potential negatives were the mattress was really firm and kinda dingy and I wish the mattress protector was the full zippered one. Our sheets came off a few times by our second night. It doesn't bother us especially since we didn't get/ask for housekeeping during our stay.

The bed was not very comfortable in room 311. We stayed in room 329 the weekend before and that one was fine.
