Hilton experience
Posted 7 Jan 2024 on HotelsDespite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for.

Receptionist at the check in desk needs serious training in professionalism and diversity training. From the very get go his interactions with me was a nonstarter. Had booked 2 Sea view rooms and requesting for upper floor for better view. Even I said that we would wait but he is keep insisting it is not possible while he said that there are guest who would check out soon. Also refused to honor request for breakfast that we were ready to pay for one night as we were leaving the very early morning on the following day. Never had such experience with Hilton in other countries where we had been before. Quite disappointing.

The dinner buffet was fantastic!! Absolutely delicious food. I usually hate buffets but this was clean, organized, and the options were amazing! It was also the same with the breakfast buffet.
