One receptionist ( skinny with thick hair and beard) absolutely stinking attitude!!

Delay in checkin, the bathroom smells bad. The bed is not comfortable.

There was not hot water. The staff was not helpful. The rugs in my room was stained. I was not impressed at all . Very very disappointed

Night Mare Hotel

Stay here at your peril ! Inexperienced reception staff did not know how to order a Taxi to the airport.I Was finally dropped off at a remote petrol station by one of the staff to hail a Taxi by self.Nearly missed my flight back to London .other issues jammed wardrobes not opening , disgusting bathroom with shower water collecting up to ankle level and not draining away. Requesting an Iron takes up to 25 minutes and arrives without an ironing board. Bell boy rude and ignores any question you put to him , bad attitude .this Hotel doesn't have a clue about customer service.
