Booked a non smoking room, was given a smoking room as no non smoking rooms available

Newly remodeled rooms. Breakfast is good. We were not notified ahead of time that the pool was closed for maintenance. They just told us when we had already checked in. The main reason we chose this hotel over others nearby was for the pool, so it was very disappointing to not be able to swim.

Totally unacceptable, walk in guest renjoy 25 % less on room rate from Expedia!

It has the best location of all hotels in Jayapura, by the harbor, in walking distance of many small shops and eateries and a large mall.
