Far from the city center. Breakfast is ok not good waiters don’t speak English. Front desk girl is very good and helpful but the guy who comes after 11:00pm I asked him the air condition is not working he replied than open the window it’s very cool air out side, there was no net screen in the window and this is hotel is in country side lots of mosquitos ready to come in

Posted 7 Jan 2024 on HotelsIt was an amazing stay, in Croatia, we have picked hotel Princess among so many places in Zagreb. Absolutely pleased with the service, cleanliness and friendly staff, the food was great! Modern furnished rooms big and causy. SPA facilities were quite busy, but this was due to the festive season as the hotel was full. Definitely satisfied and would come back again! Thank you!

This is an exceptional hotel with outstanding food and beverage. I was most impressed with the housekeeping staff.....they went above and beyond and were very friendly!
