The hotel rooms are extremely outdated and the buildings could do with some TLC. it is very pricey for what you get. The bathroom in our first room was so small you could barely turn around in it. The room was like one you would get in a motel. It is quite a way from the townsite of Jasper so you really need a car. The buffet breakfast wasn’t great as a lot of the dishes were empty. They were very slow at filling them up. Out of all the Fairmont I’ve stayed in around the world this was the worst!!! They seem to be riding on the Fairmont name. I wouldn’t stay there again!! Paying nearly $1000 a night for what is essentially a motel room is disgusting.
The valet staff were very friendly and helpful and the scenery is lovely.

High end facilities, hot tub, pool, rooms, grounds, views and staff all perfect.

From check in to driving away, the staff made our stay magnificent. Dining was as spectacular as the view.

I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10.
