"The hotel looked run down. Shelving in bathroom was falling off the wall. No hot water, staff knew of the problem but did not bother mentioning it. No appoligies, and no discounts given "

"I had a mixup when I booked it (my fault) and the lady at the front desk was awesome with helping me get it all fixed. It was midnight and after a 14hr flight from Hong Kong, I just wanted to shower and go to bed. She made it possible. "

"It was right next to a busier road, so it is loud during the day. It wasn't too bad at night, but people who have issues sleeping might have trouble. The towels were cleaned (I think) but there were hair strands stuck in the fabric of the towels. That was kinda gross for me. The bed was okay. The couch was in rough condition and was dirty."

"The location is nearby the C train station. There is no hanger but only hooks for clothes in the room. The bed mattress was with bad smell in my 1st room, and the bed liner was with strong softener smell in my 2nd room. The water temperature was another issue for me. The room price can be another issue. I booked my room for under $100/night. But, the room rate was jumped to more than $200/night the next morning. The room rate was jumped again to more than $300/night on my check out day. Totally unbelievable!! "
