Unfortunately, I booked this hotel for family member who couldn’t travel due to airport being closed/Mt Ruang eruption and no matter what they wouldn’t refund/credit the account.
Travel was just postponed on a different date but sadly no budge from the hotel management to do anything but keeping the money.
Hetel is in Indonesia & eruption happened in Indonesia ☺️🙁

Nice clean airport hotel. Located in terminal 2. They had shuttles. Very easy location. Staff thoughtful and kind. Will stay there again

I think many guests stay at this hotel with large luggage, but there are so many steps that it is difficult to move around.

This is an ultra-convenient and nicely priced hotel in terminal 2E at Sukarno Hatta. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean and well laid out. An additional standout is the included breakfast, which has many options -- Indonesian, Western, and Chinese. All in all a very good airport hotel.

A bit dated. Toilets smelled bad.
AC was good.
