The staff we're tremendous and the hotel and room was extremely clean and well taken care of. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great time there. The area is a little difficult to navigate but I think that's true of much of Jakarta

Hotel was clean, bathroom was clean, water in shower was nice and hot, and the staff there was friendly and helpful. Would come back and stay at this hotel again.

No tissue, no coffee, broken air conditioner, noisy hallway, no breakfast even though. I paid for it. No fridge, phone to the front desk was broken and did not work. Towels in bathroom were not clean.

The hotel was okay. But, had a hard time to borrow a hairdryer. I ended up borrowed a hairdryer from friend for few days and few days ended up with bad hairday. Especially the day I had to check out after I spent 10 nights at this hotel, the staff easily said “All Hairdryer has been borrowed by guests” Whatever.. Management should pay attention for small things that make a huge different for a guest.
