Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food.

Clean n bright lobby n restaurant. Friendly n helpful staff. Respectful n humble. Lovely pool n clean. Good security n ATM just next door to lobby. Closeby to some cool shopping areas . How many Stars your hotel may be....once on the street, its awhole different thing. Stay street wise n careful. Just like anywhere else in the world. The locals are very friendly n willing to assist.

great stay, no worries, good and clean, helpful staff, kinda central easy to get to, near train station, breakfast available and pool, which is nice, non smoking floors too. good stau

good stay, good location, nice staff

good stay, some cleaning required, but only small stuff, there is a swimming pool and staff is helpful. nice location not hard to find, good luxurious bathrooms. all ok. happy to stay here.

great stay, good location, helpful staff, sadly not all speak english, walls can be dirty ( if you look ) otherwise i would stay here again, some luxurious feels here and there, kind and helpful staff, all in all good stay

Not so bad. Central. Easy to get to. Nice personnel helpful staff. Not all of them speak English. But very friendly and helpful. The place shape is also good. Could always be better. But for this price range it's completely fine all in all i enjoyed my stay

Staff ok but the hotel is really the worst ibis.. don’t know how Accor still manage it
