This was an airport hotel and very convenient for travel out of the airport. Friendly staff, helpful. Good food options for someone not used to the local cuisine. Would definitely stay there again.

Good quiet and clean property located at the airport. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and food. Would stay here again.

they stole my money when i did not stay there and gave them 3 weeks notice

The hotel location is perfect for Terminal 3 in Jakarta.
The TV in the room was difficult to use and there were no instructions in the room. If not for this I would have given it 5 stars. It was overall excellent value with a very efficient check in and check out process.

I am a frequent stayer at the Anara Hotel. It is conveniently located inside terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. As a frequent traveler, it is important for me to have comfortable and convenient hotel stays, especially since my connecting flight from Jakarta usually departs around midnight.
Anara has a clean and modern design. Their lobby is spacious and well-lit and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel’s check-in process is smooth and efficient, thanks to their friendly, accommodating, and professional staff.
I always find their rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities expected of a good hotel. The bed is soft and inviting, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The room is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and complimentary Wi-Fi, which made it easy to stay connected and productive during my stay.
