Room was super clean, breakfast buffet had a really good variety of dishes. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Posted 17 Jan 2024 on HotelsDirty hotel in middle of filthy road with loud music, lots of traffic noise and beggars outside. Dirty cups in rooms, no drinking water, staff unable to speak English. We had originally booked for 6 nights but checked out after first night and the lovely helpful customer service would not refund us. First and last time with hotels.com

Posted 3 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was located on a busy street and has no compound of it’s own. Inside the hotel looked good. Room cleanliness wasn’t the best I have seen. The walls were thin and so you could hear noises from outside. There was no view and we were staring into a brick wall of another building.
The pros are: room was big, service was very good and the staff was helpful.

We were very disappointed to learn once we arrived that the hotel is no-alcohol, this should be made clearer before booking. Our room was clean and tidy but the window looked onto a concrete wall. The pool looks nice enough but up close it is dirty and needs repair. There were constructions works happening on the roof which looks like it will be great once completed but now they are noisy and inconvenient. I would be very reluctant to stay here again.

The hospitality and all the staff were amazing. Close to everything and rooms were very nice.
