"Room was right off courtyard that was very loud. Rooms are sparse, but clean and comfortable. No air conditioning - did get very stuffy. We opened window, but it was on the street. Evening staff did not speak English (my problem, not theirs - but good to know). Did not try restaurant. Courtyard was nice and roof deck offered views of volcanoes. "

"The staff were so kind and the property very well kept and beautiful. Breakfast was basic, but very tasty. Everything was so close to this property and accessible. The bathrooms were very small and the shower drain was too small and after showers there was water on the floor. Our bathroom was more of a water closet with just enough space for the toilet and shower, though the water pressure and temperature were amazing. My only frustration was that compared to the Expedia review it was extremely inaccurate; the “deluxe” was not even an option in the actual property. The room options in Expedia vs what was available and their names were totally different. "
