"Wasn't sure what to expect and had some specific needs. Overall it was a very positive experience, the accommodation was better than I anticipated, excellent location for walking/ shopping/siteseeing, suite layout was very well done and well equipped, staff were all helpful and courteous, excellent continental breakfast. We arrived earlier than expected and anticipated hours before we could check in, but the hotel was able to check us in on arrival with exactly what we needed. I would for sure reserve here again next time I am in Montreal."

"The room lacked adequate lighting and the bedroom was dark with only a dim light on the nightstand. The kitchenette didn’t have any glasses, paper only and when I asked the front desk, they had none available. What they consider a queen is in fact a double bed. And lastly the room smelled. I don’t know what kind of cleaning products they use but it wasn’t pleasant. We opened the window to air it out. We won’t book there again."

"Hotel Zero 1 is a fantastic option when staying in Montreal. The rooms are clean and feel recently updated. This hotel is perfectly located between the Place Des Arts and Old Montreal. Both areas are within walking distance of the hotel. Public transportation is close and plentiful. "
