I booked online. Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and the process was very easy. I was given a great room on the seventh floor. Which was a great view of downtown Montreal. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. Thank you for accommodating me when I was suddenly stranded in Montreal.

Just an FYI, rooms are a lot smaller than expected, European size.
Bare Minimum(small fridge). No microwaved in the entire hotel to warm up a muffin.. For the price, paying for location.

Yes, the staff were very courteous. However, the room could have had better lighting, as it only had two table lamps. Although the hotel offered all the necessary amenities, the room itself could have been more spacious. We stayed for two days, and the breakfast menu remained the same throughout, which became a bit monotonous.
