Alot of construction and closed shops but thats how you know this hotel is truly a gem!!! It made the neighborhood better. This area should thank boxotel for building where it did. Wonderful, comfortable and calm hotel

The rooms are designed so well to incorporate all of the amenities. Comfortable bed and gorgeous shower. The rooftop terrace with hot tub, as well as saunas, are a lovely feature. Will definitely be booking here again!

It is an oasis of calm in a beautifully designed boutique hotel that is charming, highly organized to reduce stress and personal. We could not have landed in a better place. The builder and owner Mary Jane met us at the door and from that moment we knew we were in a special space.

The property is entirety automated, check in, room, all of it. There was no difficulty in checking in. The premise is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are very unique as well and the layout takes excellent advantage of the space. That being said, we did have some issues. 1) There is no washroom privacy. The bathroom is seperated from the bedroom by a glass wall with a very limited frosted design that does nothing of note in terms of obscuring your bathroom rituals. Hope you and your guest have a solid relationship. Time to take it to the 'we've seen each other poop ' level. A curtain would help. 2) Big brother is always watching. When we checked in we had friends with us (the plan was to check in, use the washroom and then head to the show). We understand the stated rules on amenities for the hot tub and a few other things are for paying guest, but i couldnt find anything forbidding a brief stop in with friends. Within 10 minutes we recieved emails, texts and finally a phone call reminding us that we had only booked our room for 2 guest. It was jarring since we didnt see any one, and then begun to wonder amongst the group how much of the area and rooms are being recorded. Highly disconcerting. 3) We both slept pretty terribly. Maybe it was the pillows, the matress or the now worrying fear that Brother Eye is always watching (for the record we did not see any cameras in the rooms, the earlier experience was just odd). Good price and is clean.
