"The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and there was plaemty to eat; there was however times when it was very crowded and hard to find a seat. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to any inquires. The only issue that we has was that our room wasn't cleaned one of the days. I was told it was because the do not disturb sign was on the door until 10:00 am. I didn't think that would be an issue since there were 2 housekeeping staff in our hallway when we revoed the sign. We were abletp get some towels later that evening when we returned and someone emptied the trash. This is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars."

"I LOVE this hotel! It was my second time staying here and I highly recommend! The staff are friendly and helpful. Bilingual and didn't hesitate to help me in French or English. There is a continental breakfast which is fantastic and the fitness centre is on the rooftop and has a beautiful view. The location is perfect - close to downtown and the green and orange metro lines. The hotel is quiet both in the hallways and entrance - as well both rooms I had were very quiet which is amazing considering we were right downtown. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay there again! Great for families, couples, or solo travel."

"The kitchen was quite equipped for cooking, so if that's your preference, it's a decent choice. Otherwise, the area is surrounded by popular streets with plenty of food options."
