"Overall, I had a good experience. The staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always helpful—which really stood out during my stay. The service was great, and I appreciated that they offered daily breakfast (although I didn’t personally try it, it seemed popular with other guests). The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The surrounding area felt a bit rough around the edges and not the most comfortable for walking, especially at night. However, the hotel is conveniently located near the subway, and since I primarily used Uber/Lyft for transportation, getting around was still easy and manageable. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the great staff and comfortable accommodations."

There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and transportation options nearby. I also appreciated how quiet and comfortable the hotel felt despite being in a busy area."

"A nice upscale place. Very modern look and design. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had dinner in the lobby restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent."

"Sheets dirty, door locks don’t work and apparently the whole hotel doors are made that way and you can only use the latch. Ac smelled bad, made a lot of noise and barely blew cold air. Staff came to check it out and stated it’s fine. While checking in I had to wait over 30 minutes due to no one being at the desk and I’ve called and you can hear the phone just ringing. "

"Very clean, batroom and bed area clean as well. Staff is super helpful. Wish room had a separate writing table beside that space under the tv. I enjoy my stay there."
