"It was okay we the exempt of the hallway and elevators were smelling like cigarettes and weed and for someone that doesn't do that it wasn't good but the room ware clean and everything else was good thank you "

"Opera House Hotel is a nice hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. It’s attractive, clean, comfortable, affordable and safe. The staff are FANTASTIC! I can’t thank the desk staff enough for Joe warm, friendly and helpful they were. They went beyond the call of duty, even helping my friend, who’s from a different country, change his plane flight."

"Very clean room, comfortable beds, soft/warm bedding. Shower was wonderful - great water pressure and great shower head - also very clean. Disposable slippers in the room. Standard room w/2 queens was spacious. Walls could be better insulated, but that is pretty much everywhere you go. Not the best neighborhood, but it is inner-city. If you're staying in Queens - this is your best option. There is a delicious restaurant on the main floor, and parking is included. Check in was super easy as was checking out. "
