You cannot have a hotel and you have no backup generator you're dying and close early there's no way for food you cannot have a hotel when you have just the door to come in one window which is located in the bathroom no other windows to let air in.

Hello Mr. Lormandy, this is Christophe Lang the owner of Hotel Cyvadier Plage. I would like to start a conversation with you about your subpar experience during your two night stay with us. Unfortunately my staff has not made me aware about your grievances expressed. I have to point out that despite Haiti's ongoing crisis all advertised services remained open as per regular schedule. Our Restaurant opens at 6:30am until 10am for the complementary breakfast included with your room. And opens for Restaurant Service from 11am-21:30pm. During after our our front desk staff provides bottled beverages service if requested. The Hotel operates by rotating 3 generating sets for power. Please note that of the of the energy provided daily 18 hours(per day) are produced by these generators. I wish that we would have been informed about you dissatisfaction with the room you where in which was reserved for the ocean view. Room changes are typically possible if requested. All of our team work very hard for our guest in sometimes challenging conditions, I hope you'll give Hotel Cyvadier and Haiti another chance.
