It was mostly clean. You can tell its an older hotel. But the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the drain in the shower was super super slow. The unannounced $100 deposit was inconvenient. And the drive to get in and out when you dont know the area is a pain. I know thats not the hotels fault but an atm in the lobby so you dont have to fight your way to one after a long drive would be great.

The property and the staff is a joke .. half the staff live on the property, the manager Claudia is by far the worst manager I’ve ever encountered, she called my family liars and stated her staff would never lie . I was charged 10 extra for a room with a microwave only to find all rooms had them , the pictures in the website are outdated , the room was not clean , rugged floor sticky . Hot breakfast was gone by 8:15 and staff said i can just come early tomorrow for hot breakfast but there was cold breakfast which consisted of milk and white bread only . Victor was present when i was leaving however lied to manager about my families behavior and then back peddled when confronted .. Claudia spoke with attitude and crossed hands the whole time i explained my issues .. my room had to be changed 3 times due to the issues . The halls had a funny smell on the first floor . i canceled my 4 days reservation after just one night because of the staff and Claudia .

Nice staff. Room was clean other than the sink which had dirt all around the bowl.

First thing they wanted was a $100 dollar deposit to insure we did not steal anything. The front desk was littered with warnings about towel abuse, what a welcome! Breakfast was an after thought, desiccated eggs and tater tots, yum! No elevator; not enough towels in the room; poor water pressure; no working ice machines, the list goes on. Why did we stay there? Wife made a reservation, pictures online make the place look like a great place, reality was quite different.

I reserved a room with 2 queens but was given two doubles. When asked about it, the receptionist stated they didn't have any more available and couldn't "invent" another one and I could go find another place. When I called him out on his attitude, he changed his tune and blamed it on his language barrier. Overall, the room itself was decent and the receptionist and staff were nice after the initial mix up. Regardless, I won't stay here again.

There wasn't any hot water and this was not told to me before paying or after. The front desk said yes water has been out. We can give $15. Nope not this momma on Mother's Day at that.
