The beds were really dirty had pee, blood stains, and black mold. There was blood on our wall. The pool wasnt even open and looked really nasty like they dont maintain it. Our door didnt shut all the way so you could just push it open. We only got 2 towels and we tryed exchange them amd not only is it $10 for them to wash 2 towels and bring them back to you we brought them our towels and never got them back!!! So we just went and bought 2 towels for $10! And when we tryed to go down and talk to the staff in the morning about our towels the doors were all locked and everyone was sleeping!!! Our bathroom tub was nasty and the elevators were broken and there were rooms you could tell have been kicked in bc there dead bolts and stuff on them and door handles layimg everywhere. Oh and the best part the blanket that was on my bed had white stains on it amd i covered up with it😭😭😭!!!

Pool was closed. Room was Smokey. Office was closed when I went to check out. Air conditioner was not cold.

Need to have someone at the front desk at all times

Had the misfortune of booking this place. Dirty, outlets don't work, windows broken. More like slum Lord apartments than a hotel

I was waiting for the staff almost 2hrs no one show up to do my check in, I have to go to another hotel with my work colleagues. Worst service ever, trying to get my money back!
