My husband and I arrived late in the evening and check in was a breeze thanks to clerk. She (Holly) gave outstanding customer service. The bed slept phenomenal. The shower and toiletries were awesome for someone that has eczema and sensitive skin. The Lake is beautiful and outdoor sitting area is soothing.

This property is stellar, a quiet and well kept gem in a lovely neighborhood with tons of nearby options for dining. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable - Elena and Lashun stand out as wonderful representatives of their brand! (Do yourself a favor and add breakfast to the reservation - totally worth it and they serve huge portions!) The room was spacious, modern, beautifully appointed and comfortable. I could actually write this entire review about the shower itself, because the water temperature and pressure was top tier! The lake is lovely and walkable with all types of water fowl and turtles dotting the banks. Parking is highly available and free and convenient. A great property and I would definitely recommend and return to visit!

Fantastic staff & very comfortable. No kitchen team so no dining options was the only challenge.

We went to a concert and the location was great. Took about 20 minutes to get to the stadium.

We always stay here while visiting Jacksonville, since it first opened. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay .the property was clean.room was clean. Could use new towels.also a micowave would be good in the room. Better lighting around mirror in bathroom. The employees were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could.it seemed they were short staffed. We had payed extra for breakfast everyday the restaurant ended up being closed due to unforseen circumstances. We spoke to someone at the desk.we were assured we would be reimbursed for the two days we didn't have breakfast. We prepaided for our stay so I will have to wait and see.
