There was a light in the bathroom that was behind the light fixture. It came on when the light was turned off, but flashed. This is bad for people with epilepsy, so we just closed the door and left the light on. There were also small black ants in the kitchenette area. The staff were very responsive and took care of problems right away. They even offered to move us to a different room.

Breakfast is too early during the week for people on vacation. We stayed 3 days and never got cleaning service so we had to replenish towels, coffee, sweetener, cream, etc. ourselves. This was NOT a quiet place to stay. Carpeting was stained from a prior pet. Bathrooms are tiny. Much better value at other chain motels. We would not recommend and will not go back.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you did not get housekeeping service. We always try to put our best foot forward to please our guests. If a "do not disturb" sign is on the door, housekeeping will not go in. I am sorry that the carpet was stained. A ticket was sent to the appropriate department for review. I hope you will consider staying with us again.

The size of the rooms and the nice indoor pool make this a great spot for kids and bonus, they're dog friendly
