CLOSED!!!

I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund.

We stayed 2 nights. Bed smaller than expected, hot water took a few minutes to warm up, entry card/doors had technical issues. Overall a great location for the price. Staff was helpful and very polite. Would stay again in the future.

The property was clean and staff was friendly. It was easy to locate and close to shopping/dining options. 15 minutes from Mayo Clinic which was very convenient.

We had not toilet paper in room when we first checked in. Had to go to front desk to get it. We did not get room service for a two day stay. We left for the day and came back to a dirty room. Had to make my own bed. Had to go to the front desk to get towels and other supplies. I was told that they don't do maid service for two night stays. The breakfast bar was empty by eight in the morning. We will not stay here again.

Door key didn’t work … coffee not made till after 7 am carpets awful !!!! Hotel is old and needs lots of updates … overall stay was quiet though

First I called two day's before arrival to change from king bed to two queens. I was told my the lady that answered the phone that I could do it at check-in. Well we arrrivied and I requested the change and the lady said they were full and I could not change. The cleaning staff were still cleaning rooms at 5:00 pm. Needless to say they were not booked there were not many cars in lot. The carpet in rooms and halls were soiled the bathroom was not clean the entire place needs some attention. I stayed there 6 years ago and it was nice but now it is horrible. I stay at country inns when I travel but will not stay at the one on Salisbury Road in Jacksonville Florida again.

Comfortable and clean but missing the amenities

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but the grab-and-go breakfast was disappointing during covid that would be understanding but today with the restrictions lifted the full buffet breakfast should have been available including the free newspapers and freshly warm cookies that is known by Country Inn & Suites. The gym also could have had more equipment

Got here and the King suite we reserved months ago was not available and we were not notified in advance. No snack machines only drinks and room had weird odor.
