Our first room was not so good. It was very clean but someone had smoked weed in the room. Not that we’re anti weed, but it instantly gave us both headaches. The staff were very apologetic & changed our rooms immediately. Our new room was very comfortable and VERY spacious. The view was great. We would definitely stay again.

I found the room small, hot water cold and toilet sink not clean. But the front desk is helpful and upgraded our room, which is much better than the first one.

A lovely hotel only wish I stayed there longer. The room was very spacious with two queen beds, Tv, table, microwave, fridge and two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside). It also had a balcony overlooking the street in front and mountain behind. Step outside and your in downtown Jackson, with loads of shops and dining options. Would definitely stay here again!
