They had no disclaimer letting you know that their pool was closed before booking. Upon arrival, they were very unsympathetic about the inconvenience. The room itself smelled bad, we found leftover trash from previous people and the beds were really hard. I’d recommend this property if it cost less than the other, nicer hotels nearby. But it’s about the same.

Our bed sheets smelt dirty & so did the pillows. The pool was closed. But the front end staff are really nice & the continental breakfast was great. It’s just the cleaning staff that needs improvement.

The property didn’t have a hot tub even though they advertised that they did. Also the pool was out of order. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew that. Also when I checked in the front desk person didn’t tell me. She also saw my family going downstairs in our bathingsuits and still said nothing to us. She was actually pretty rude about it. The fact that the pool wasn’t operational and the staff was rude ruined the stay for me

It was advertised that there was a pool and a hot tub. There was NO hot tub and the pool was down. This is not okay considering I have four children who were counting on a pool.

Everything was great except the pool was closed and that was the purpose of the stay 😞

It was a pretty standard hotel. Room was clean, as well as the common areas. The pool was down for maintenance which wouldve been nice to know, but wasnt a deal breaker.
