I will never book this hotel again I paid for my stay before arrival, I drove all the way from albany ga to be told that I couldn't check in because it was after 3 am and I had my kids with me and they didn’t want to even refund my money..

Room was neat and clean except for a 6" area between the beds. Some sticky substance was on the carpet. I plugged my phone into the wall outlet closest to the window and it kept falling out. I realized it was broken and found a different outlet to charge my phone. It was obvious that the bathroom and sleeping area had been remodeled, but the workmanship of the job was less than professional.

This property has major bed bugs. I woke up itching like crazy, cut on the lights and saw bed bugs crawling. As I kilt the bugs blood came out of them. They asked if I wanted another room, at that moment I just wanted a refund . They refused to give me a refund I had one more day that I paid for in advance but didn’t want to use because of their bed bugs.

Don't stay here and expect a clean enviroment. Broken furniture, mold on window trim and mold in bathtub trim. Literal dead bugs and roaches squished on wall, they didn't even bother cleaning it. The smell is pretty weird , i wouldn't say bad just offputting. Bed sheets and pillows smell bad kins of like when you wash something and forget to dry it. The breakfast is a joke, waffle maker, fruit thats not "ripe" yet, and mini powdered donut packages opened and displayed individually.

Room smelt stale. Breakfast was a joke, had to ask for bread to roast no butter no juice had to ask for jam. Staff member didn’t seem to know where anything was and didn’t particularly seem to care

Towers were not washed and floor was dirty as well as the sheets

While it was a fairly cheap property, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. there was mold above the shower stall, the shower curtain rod was hanging by just a few threads of the screws. There were only 2 small bath towels provided and no shower Mat, making the floor quite dangerous. The only wash cloth was dirty and had been refolded and hung up. The bed springs were broken and made a terrible noise when sitting on the bed. The beds were very very uncomfortable.
