SPA is in another hotel acreoss the street
Cost for SPA is not 330/day is 330 /hour
Despite the fact that I requested they didn't give me a shower gel or shampoo (only small soap)
Kitchen is closed at 20:00 not at 21:00
Menu only in German and Checz
Nobody is speaking English

The hotel management thanks you for evaluating your stay. We have considered your comments and allow us to comment on them. The spa and swimming pool are located in our complex, we do not state that it is directly in the hotel. Located across the street approx. 20 m. You have booked a standard room (cat.) Where only soap is available. Other cosmetics are part of the higher category equipment. The price of 330 CZK is for 3 hours in the pool, not per hour, and nowhere do we state that the price is for the whole day and as a guest we have another offer at a 20% discount. Regarding meals: dinner can be ordered until 8.30 pm and the restaurant is open every day until 10 pm We believe that there was a communication misunderstanding and we believe that we will be able to welcome you again in the future.

Wir waren dort für ein Wochenende Nähe Oberwiesenthal. Preis für die Unterkunft war ok, Zimmer waren neu, großzügig und sehr sauber. Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Abendbuffet haben wir jedoch nur 1x genutzt , weil es tatsächlich nicht unseren (nicht allzu hohen) Ansprüchen ent

Posted 9 Mar 2023 on HotelsVærelset var super. Morgenmaden var super. Personalet søde🇩🇰. Men…, Det var trist at aftensmaden var blevet så elendigt. Buffen var kke værd at skrive om. Ala carte var kedeligt.. sidste år var maden fremragende og ala carteci top.. Tænker kokken har tabt sutten🤔🤔🤔🤔 vi valgte at gå ud og spise istedet.. trist for hotellet😩
