"Ebina station only 5 minutes away. Free breakfast 630am-9am.I had a hula event to attend at Ebina Cultural Hall and it was only a 10 minute walk across the bridge. Hotel was located across Vinawalk,Aeon Mall and close to 7/11and Denny’s. "

"This hotel is a step up from the typical business hotel. The rooms are a little larger, there’s a proper chair for vanity mirror area, small refrigerator but adequate but it could be better by having a freezer, bed medium firmness so I enjoyed a little give in bedding, nice pillows and comforter. The hotel has a laundry room for self laundry which was convenient. The staff were all friendly and the location is nicely situated near the Sotetsu/Odayku JR lines. The room internet speed was average speed as well. "

"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"
