"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Goyen Boutique Hotel in Bilbao's historic old town! Unfortunately, we departed too early to try the breakfast, but it looked amazing and we were tempted by the delicious options. We're not sure why this hotel has a low star rating, but we found it to be a clean and charming boutique hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bilbao's old town, making it easy to explore the city's historic streets and landmarks. The hotel's staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and stylishly decorated. We would definitely recommend the Goyen Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Bilbao. Don't let the low star rating put you off – this hotel is a hidden gem!"

"The hotel is very clean and very nice! Not too big, but also not too small of a building. The room itself was on the smaller side, but considering as it was just me, it was totally fine. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe in the hotel and in the surrounding area. It’s in the quieter part of the Shinjuku area, so noise or heavy street activity was never an issue. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the 2 closest subway stops (Nishi Shinjuku & Tochomae), and is conveniently located near plenty of good food options. Also a plus that there’s a 7-11 directly below the hotel, for easy access to last minute needs and snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay!"
