Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff They are always there when you need help and assistance, I have met the general manager himself and he’s welcoming and caring person about the guests

The reception staff were very professional and very friendly. They spoke excellent English and were very knowledgeable about Izmir.

What an amazing hotel! Our club hotel room was beautiful and very spacious, with hand written welcome notes and complimentary welcome snacks. As a club member you also get access to free daily food and drinks in the club lounge. The hotel was a beautiful spa with both free and for-pay services. Access to the sauna and steam room are complimentary for all hotel guests. Last but not least our favorite part of the hotel was Perin the hotel navigator/concierge. She helped us with everything from ferry schedules to restaurant recommendations and even made me a reservation at a nearby doctors office after I couldn’t get rid of a bad cough. She went above and beyond, amazing hotel!

The air-condition was very bad also the steam room was not working

The only negative is the beds are hard. Otherwise fantastic stay!
