Disappointed
Posted 7 Sep 2023 on HotelsVery disappointed in our room. The bathroom was in horrible condition with the sink almost falling off the wall, shower head completely leaking, vanity mirror door had broken hinges. Bed was uncomfortable. Slept on sofa.
Office help was responsive to a few things like a hot water pot but unable to correct anything else.

size oda değişikliği talebin de bulunduk fakat istemediniz. Ogün de dedim size tadilat olacak bu gün itibari ile her şey değişti.Fakat neden duş başlığının bozuk olduğunu söylemediniz anlamıyorum.Ve banyo daki aynasının 2 cm açık olması size nasıl bir sıkıntı yarattı anlamıyorum? Ofiste herkese açık çay servisimiz de çaydanlıktan biraz akıtıyor diye bile laf yedik sizden.Sanırım çok uygun fiyata kral dairesi aradınız .

I have been traveling my whole life and this was the worst hospitality I have ever experienced. The hotel was incredibly overpriced and they wouldn't take the credit card that I booked hotel with. They said I needed to pull out cash even though I informed them that I would be changed a few by atm and credit card. I paid for first night and said I would pay for rest when I checked out. All in all I was disappointed with check in so I left a review and when they saw my review they came to my room and told me I had to leave hotel but would not provide me with any proof that they cancelled my reservation. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in any country!!!! Do not stay here

Temizlik konusunda yerler temizlenmis ama duvarlar koltuklar hep leke icersinde. Pencereler kullanim disi ve icersi rutubet dolu ve o havayi soluyorsunuz.uzulerek soyluyorum berbat gecen bi zaman oldu benim icin.ben kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
