I had a small inside room that was quite claustrophobic but with a very big bathroom. Staff were very willing to please and breakfast selection great. Overall really good value for money.

Room are very small to the point you can’t open your suitcase, as well hotel doesn’t have any suitcases stands !! Towels they very very old but breakfast and coffee and 24 hours tea is nice

The place is in the city center so it gets loud at night. The room.though non-smoking still smells smomy from outside and it goes through the vent. My asthma got triggered staying herr. Noce and accomodating staff.

Easy check in and out- friendly staff. My room is always clean . I left a tip in the room and got a handwritten thank you -I appreciate that . I will come back .

I love this hotel, have stayed here multiple times. It's in a good location to get to all parts of the city via foot or public transport. The staff is kind and accommodating, the rooms (although a bit worn of age in the old part of the hotel) are spotless. Breakfast is a full tasting menu of turkish products - plentiful, very diverse and actually quality (great cheese, olives, tomatoes that somehow taste like tomatoes in November!) The neighborhood is a bit dead/weird late at night but even as a solo woman traveller I never felt uncomfortable.

Very nice stay, definitely a good value. No major complaints though my bedside light was broken. Staff was extremely helpful and gracious. Good central location, only a 10 min walk to the harbor.

the hotel staff was amazing. truly helpful and so kind.
no matter what we needed or wanted the staff was there to help us 24 hours a day
the room was ok. wanted our refrigerator in our room to be colder and there were stains on some of the cushions. blind in bathroom was broken
we really did love our stay because of the staff and the breakfast
