Air conditioning in the facility is poor ad tje ceilings are low

Hello,You haven't written anything in detail about the problem you're having with our air conditioners, but we have a system that works 24/7. If you have a problem, you can call our receptionist, who is at your service 24 hours a day. We can change rooms. Apart from that, after leaving the hotel, all we can do is solve this problem so that the guest who comes after you does not experience the same problem.Kind regards

Everything was great, the only thing they can improve is on housekeeping, second night we didn’t get replenishment of coffee, clean cups, soap nor towels. Everything else was excellent.

Such as room temperature that needs to be phoned with the front desk to change, tv volume fixed, car keys stays ar reception, not allowing more than one key - which leads to issues. But clean and safe.
