The A/C does not provide sufficient cooling even in the most powerful setting. Considering the previous reviews from other clients, this seems like an unresolved issue and makes the room uncomfortable. The room was clean although there were some spots showing its age. Staff&service were great but maintenance and facilities need some work. I don’t think I will stay here again unless the A/C problem is resolved.

Great hotel and service

Really good hotel and service. The only issue is the AC was not cooling up properly.

Knowledgeable and properly trained Hotel Staff. Its a professionally run Hotel, happy to assist with requests. The location is perfect. Great restaurants & shops. If its a pizza, Venedik Pizza is close by & the food/shopping at Konak Pier is very good. The Old Town is a short distance away.
