Everything and everyone was excellent except their breakfast as it lacked many things. If you stay at this hotel do not waste your money for that as there are so many places around it that would give you a better choices

It was an unusuallly warm day (80 degrees Fahrenheit) and there was no A/C in an amazing sealed room with a lot of glass windows. The central cooling only starts in May!. The manager was nice and moved us to a better and cooler room.

We do have central air condititoning system and the process of cooling / heating is changed due to the weather forecast that is used to be on May and October. This year we had unsusual sudden heatwave that we couldn't have chance to change system. Once again, thank you for choosing our hotel, and we genuinely hope to welcome you back in the future. Staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and well-appointed; the breakfast buffet had good options. Hotel is conveniently located and close to everything.

Wonderful hotel, very clean with great amenities. The room was comfortable and spacious. I strongly recommend this hotel in Izmir.

Artistic high end feeling decor, greats taff and breakfast. Excellent location to be in waterfront. Great value compared to pricier hotels in my home town.
