In need of renovation

Posted 19 Oct 2023 on HotelsNot great start . problems with 1st and 2nd rooms but staff was really helpful and by my 3rd room move it was really nice. location is very peacefull . buffet dinner is a bit expensive snack bar was lovely good choices and breakfast was great

Loved free thermal pools
Posted 16 Sep 2023 on HotelsIt is a normal hotel which is located where the thermal water pools are and at the middle of the huge beautiful garden. I enjoyed Beautiful nice free thermal pools , moist and dry saunas and other free facilities , physiotherapy and massage therapy are not free and I highly recommend them. mostly you see guests with physical problems who come there for treatments like physiotherapy and special care and need . the restaurant the food was good I loved the outdoor restaurant very much . the receptionists are very nice but not very helpful and friendly a bit ignorant.
Something I suggest the hotel to put more lights in the rooms night time very dark very difficult to read books or do something , I asked for the bedside lamp and they said they don't have it

Posted 6 Feb 2023 on HotelsI did not stay in the hotel due bad condition of the hotel. Room was dirty, untidy. Overall condition was unacceptable, that was why I could not stay. How can I get refund?

My room was discusting, TV did not work, electrical wiring unbelievably dangerous, shower panel hanging off, bath handles rusty, all in all the worst hotel I've stayed at.
