disappointed

Dont know how it is rated 5 stars, no bill boy to carry bags for old people, not very good understanding of English, we had to beg for facial tissues the hotel is great as a building , nice location and view but staff are poor breakfast not up to expectations

Good location, we got a room up grade which was very good, room and bathroom was large and very comfortable, staff were pleasant and very friendly.

Gorgeous, fancy place.

Great rooms. Only down side is I believe our AC unit was broken but we didn’t mention anything as we just opened the window — wouldn’t be fair to dock the hotel on this one. Gorgeous night outside. We were greeted by very friendly staff and the room was very comfortable. The Mercedes was parked right in front of the entrance, showing off the hotel’s luxurious customers. The second was a view from our room.

Is a great property with so much potential. I think Covid has hit this property hard. Rooms were nice, clean and roomy; spa was open but limited hours. The massage was one of the best i have received. Food was lackluster. Huge dining room so probably use to high volume. Twice we were the only ones eating. Menu was very limited. Pool was nice but not lounge chairs or cushions outside like the picture shows. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

I couldn’t sleep well because the room next door had the tv loud all night for 2 nights so I called reception and nobody answered or bothered to reply later.

Quiet two night stay

Breakfast was great! All of our meals were very good. Yemekler çok iyidi. The pool is large and the area was clean. We enjoy swimming in the sea, but there is no easy access to it here. The employees were all helpful and polite despite our very limited Turkish language. Tüm çalışanlar saygılıydı.

great choice

very pleasant stay at this new clean and comfortable hotel. everything was great, the location, decor, furniture, facilities, service, staff and large parking. the only thing I didn't like was there breakfast buffet. limited choices and no variety.
