I liked that it was quiet and safe. I could not get the air conditioner to stay on all night, this made it very hot and muggy.

My only problem was I could not get the A/C to work all night. As a result it was very hot in the room.

Located in a quiet are but close to lots of restaurants, grocery store and train station.

This is probably the nicest property in this sleepy old town of Iwakuni. I gave it 5 stars because it was nicer than anything around. It was clean and more than sufficient AND the public bath was a HUGE plus. It was modest, but clean and comfortable.

Great room, shower, breakfast, location for the price. Curtains provided enough light blockage. Laundry was more expensive than others, but that's about it.
