Stayed overnight at the Modbury inn, fabulous little pub, serving great food,great beer too,had a good chat with the owners,who are dedicated to providing an experience with your stay, breakfast was simple and totally delicious...we would definitely recommend a visit to this little gem in Modbury Devon....

The Modbury Inn is a lovely place, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Room was comfortable with good facilities. Food was excellent, and good quality, from breakfast to evening meals

Service and staff were excellent, couldn't ask for better. Food was very good and there was a nice atmosphere in the pub. The bedroom decor was rather tired and there's no soundproofing but the beds were very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was fine but I wouldn’t stay again as it was really noisy unfortunately. There was music until late, loud plumbing and bottles collected very early morning, some of these issues are naturally outside of the owners control but nevertheless an issue when wanting a restful night. The room was fit for purpose but nothing more, the surrounding area is lovely though. Parking is a little tricky as there is no dedicated parking as far as we were made aware.
