"From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing. They go above and beyond for you. The level of service here is incredible. The hotel lobby is gorgeous with its massive mable pillars inside and has great places to relax and admire the architectural details. The rooms are big and well decorated inside. The bed was comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The breafast buffet had everything you could want with a spectacular view of the harbor. It's walking distance to the Blue mosque, grand bazaar, and many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Other hotel should take note on the level of service that AJWA gives for a true 5 star experience 👌 "

The staff in the breakfast room were very polite and a pleasure to meet. Imen was just an amazing lady that we got to know and we would like her to be promoted as soon as possible? "The staff was very helpful and friendly : tee and coffee on demand during the day and at night. Our room was small but comfortable. Good for budget travellers. The area around the property is quite safe and lots of affordable shops and restaurants. Good food. Breakfasts were very good."

"This was possibly the most enjoyable hotel stay we've ever had and, at age 65, we've stayed in many hotels. The staff here was unparralled. The hotel is supremely well run and their careful attention to detail is very evident in everything from the decor, food, drinks and cocktails, service, and even to the background music. We hated to leave and hope to return some day."
