Great please, best customer service that would treat you like a family. Rooms are clean and specious. Walkable distance to parks and water. Thanks Yolohostel for having us!

Pleasant stay in a perfect location

Staff were nice and helpful , served me tea couple times for free .
I did like where the building was positioned .. quite area with a cafe next door .
I didn't like the fact I was given a bed by the 3rd floor exit to the garden . It was cold and every time someone comes out to smoke I get hit by the whole aroma but was able to change. I just wish the staff can reconsider who to let inside because I was staying with a mentally ill person in the room , it didn't feel safe but I could sleep , this same man brought a girl with him inside , don't know how or who was she was .

Thanks for your review Ayoub. We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with one of your roommates. We were thinking that we had a good communication with you and wish you let us know about the situtaion while you were here so we could take action. His girlfriend actually bought a bed in our other dormitory room. She may get in your room as a guest/visitor but definatly cannot sleep in the same bed.
After your comment we talked to other guest as well and we send the guy out. Again we are sorry for this inconvinience hope we will able to welcome you again.

Our room was spacious and comfy, staff was incredibly nice. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around.

the room is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, the location is really good. high recommended.

Amazing place in Kadıköy
