I was not able to stay in that hotel, because all roads were close on May1, calld to hotel no help. taxi driver left me on street with laggude. I lost my money. Bad experience. walking with lagguage on street.

Making a review about a hotel you haven't stayed at or a product you haven't used is not only misleading but also ethically incorrect. May 1st is celebrated worldwide, and here the government has taken measures to close some roads, which is not specific to our hotel but applies to all hotels and shops in the area. Our hotel is located in the very heart of Istanbul and within walking distance to Taksim Square. It is not appropriate to bring up taxi issues here because it is a situation unrelated to us; we always assist our guests with directions when they contact us. It is not fair to attribute your negative experience, caused by factors beyond our control, to our hotel, as it may mislead other guests.

Excellent customer service. Location is a very short walk to Taksim square and Istiklal blvd with a lot of shopping and restaurants
